Additional Cookie Paddles
Are there cookie monsters at your house? Designed for thicker batters and soft doughs, the cookie paddles are a very popular accessory for the Bosch mixer. You may choose to use the standard wire beaters* included with your mixer for the lighter, batter stage of cookies, then switch to your bread dough hook as the cookie dough becomes stiffer. However, the dough hook works best with multiple batches of cookies, while the cookie paddles work better with small batches (great for medium and larger batches, too!) and are more convenient to use.
Cookie paddles are manufactured by the U.S. importer for Bosch and are warranted against defect by the manufacturer for 5 years.
*Caution: Do not attempt to whip solid butter or stiff dough with the standard wire beaters. Because of the speed and strength of the Bosch motor, it will bend the wires if resistance is too stiff.
