| How are items shipped and when can I expect my order
to arrive? |
All books
are shipped via US Media Mail, with a delivery time of
2-9 business days. For books shipped to Canada, please request
a quote (normally $6-7).
All Bosch mixers, mills, and attachments are
drop-shipped
from a Nebraska warehouse, via UPS Ground, with a delivery time of 2-7
business days. We will send you a tracking number via e-mail. For Canadian orders, please request a quote (normally $50).

| How are shipping fees calculated? |
All shipping costs are kept
as
low as possible, covering the actual cost of delivery + packaging
only, with no extra handling fees. Shipping for items
(excluding books) is based on the total cost of items:
up to $20 = $6 shipping
$20.01 - $75 = $10 shipping
$75 & up = $15 shipping
Books only - $3.50 (up to 2 copies can be mailed at this rate)
TThere is NO shipping on Bosch mixers or grain mills, or small accessories that can ship inside a Bosch mixer box, such as cookie paddles and citrus juicer.
Some Bosch accessories and attachments require
additional shipping fees. Occasionally, due to a certain
combination
of items ordered, you may be
overcharged for shipping by the shopping cart. I always
double-check
this and will refund any overage promptly.

| Can I pick up my order to avoid shipping costs? |
This option is seldom applicable as most products are now drop-shipped from another location, so almost everything MUST be shipped! The only items which might be in stock for pickup are cookie paddles and books. Please verify this with us first before placing your order for pickup. During the Christmas season, we do often carry a few machines in stock for last-minute shoppers.

The Bosch Co. usually
offers a sale or special offer on mixers and/or grain mills twice a year:
for Mother's Day and again at Christmas. This may be in the form of a free
gift with purchase, or a set dollar amount off the product price.
As an authorized Bosch dealer, we are required to sell all Bosch products
according to their pricing policy, which means that we can never go
below their Minimum Advertised Price (MAP price). The MAP price is the lowest price that you
can pay for a Bosch machine, and still receive factory service or
repair under warranty. Should your machine require service during the warranty period, you must show proof of purchase from an authorized dealer, or
your warranty is void.
While many dealers set their prices somewhere between the maximum retail price (MSRP) and the minimum price (MAP), we always sell at the MAP price, so you can rest
assured that you are getting the best possible deal! For this reason, we cannot offer any extra discounts or freebies of any kind, except during official Bosch-sponsored sales. |
